Neighborhood Overview
Living in the Victorian District means appreciating the old while savoring the new. Beautifully preserved architectural accents adorn many buildings here, connecting us with Savannah’s rich history at every street corner. New businesses and community events lead us to spend as much time as possible exploring and making new connections. Forsyth Park acts as the neighborhood’s central hub of activity, and we love how easy it is to head to this expansive green space on foot or by bicycle.
Our favorite grocery stores, local shops, and restaurants are all within reach of the Victorian District and provide plenty of opportunities to enrich our lives and connect with friends. We love walking to the Sentient Bean to grab a cup of coffee and a croissant, visiting the Forsyth Farmer’s Market for fresh and local fare on Saturday mornings, and playing fetch with our four-legged friends in the park. Here, every day is a good day to take a walk and enjoy living in a neighborhood with all the perks of city living yet plenty of lush nature at every turn.
