Causton Bluff is a coastal cliff subdivision located just a few miles east of downtown Savannah. This private, gated community overlooks St. Augustine Creek and Whitemarsh Island and feature newer builds. The area includes 52 single-family homes and 112 cozy cottages that offer luxurious living. We love the waterfront properties that dot the Wilmington River. For homes not right on the water, boat slips are available to residents making this a boater’s paradise. Overlooking this self-serve marina is a beautiful community pool and clubhouse for residents to soak up the sun. 

A well-manicured and quiet neighborhood, we love Causton Bluff most for its convenience to all things fun in and around Savannah. It’s less than 10 minutes from downtown Savannah and only 15 miles from Tybee Island. Residents prefer to frequent Whitemarsh Island and Wilmington Island for grocery shopping. If we need to go further, we hop on the Truman Parkway, which is only three miles away.
