Baldwin Park is one of Midtown’s best-kept secrets. Established in the early 1900s as part of the Chatham-Crescent neighborhood, this area of town is filled with mostly Victorian and Craftsman-style homes. Situated directly north of Victory Drive, Baldwin Park is super convenient with quick access to the Truman Parkway and nearby grocery stores a five-minute drive away. Our next-door neighbors can’t be nailed down to one age group and include SCAD students, new parents, and active seniors. Baldwin Park is the kind of place where we look out for each other. We love to invite our neighbors to our porches to catch up and connect, and the Baldwin Park Neighborhood Association is very active, creating a strong sense of community through regular events. 

There’s plenty within arm’s reach for us to enjoy as well. The neighborhood is close enough to Downtown Savannah to bike or walk and is only a stone’s throw away from the Starland District. Baldwin Park offers several Little Free Libraries and a park with a gated playground, which is perfect for families. After a long day, we enjoy a walk with the whole family to unwind, connect, and simply soak in the pleasures of the neighborhood. If you need us, we’re probably grabbing a beer at a local brewery or a bite at one of the neighborhood’s gastropubs.
