Neighborhood Overview

For those of us who prefer a spacious residential district with newer, energy-efficient builds, the expansive Berwick Plantation is home. Berwick Plantation is a master community made up of more than 10 different neighborhoods. Many of these subdivisions offer great amenities like beautiful community pools, parks, tennis courts, playgrounds, and fitness centers. Our favorite part about Berwick is the diverse range of residences in the area: sunny roads and quiet cul-de-sacs lead us to well-maintained properties, townhouses, and apartment complexes. The community also features a private, gated community called The Enclave. Our neighbors at Berwick Plantation include everyone from college students living in apartments to families living in multi-level homes.

A huge perk of living here is how family-friendly and safe the area is. A long pedestrian walkway runs parallel to Berwick Boulevard offering a convenient walk, run, and bike from one part of the neighborhood to the other.  The Lakeside Park at Berwick has a playground for the kids and a walking path, which is great for taking a stroll with our four-legged family. The park also has a pavilion that can be rented out for parties and events. Berwick Plantation is located just off Highway-17 on/off-ramp, allowing for a 20-minute commute to Downtown Savannah, Pooler, or Richmond Hill. Great grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping options are only a five to ten-minute car ride away providing everything we need to live our best lives.
